La Leche League of Central Houston provides education, support, information, and encouragement to nursing families and those families who feed their babies human milk. La Leche League leaders are experienced parents trained to provide help in all aspects of nursing and weaning. Our weekly meetings are free, no sign up required, and you can come-and-go as your time allows. Nurslings and siblings are welcome!
